2026 Jerry E. McCarthy Scholarship Application Form
The National Law Enforcement Associates will be awarding scholarships to eligible students. The applying student must be a child, grandchild or great-grandchild of a dues-paying or life member and has been in good standing for two consecutive years with the organization. The applying student must have maintained a 3.0-grade point average and plans to attend college in the Fall of 2026 as a first year Freshman. Students attending college tuition-free are ineligible.
The application will be reviewed by the NLEA Scholarship Committee for eligibility and all those deemed eligible will be submitted for a random drawing at the May 2026 Meeting. Only one application per student will be accepted. The application must be completed in full and submitted no later than May 1st, 2026, to MMammano@nationallaw.org
Please Note: Applicants that were fortunate to have already received this scholarship in the past for a family member, can only apply again for a scholarship for a different family member.
